Shipping & Delivery

We ship all orders via USPS. All orders will receive a tracking number when item/s ship to email address provided at checkout. Please note that we ship from various warehouses so you will receive more than one package depending on items ordered from our various vendors. You will receive a tracking number for all and every item in your order. In addition, some items in your order may ship sooner than others, but rest assured that you will receive them. You will receive tracking number/s when orders process and this does not mean that items have left warehouse. Tracking will update once item/s leave warehouse so do not panic if items are not showing movement. DUE TO HOLIDAY RUSH AND LARGE AMOUNT OF ORDERS COMING IN, IT CAN TAKE 7-10 DAYS TO SHIP ORDERS. Please note this when ordering as some of our items are in high demand and all are made to order here by our staff.

***Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen mail that shows it has been delivered. Make sure you provide the correct address. This includes any apartment or building number. ALL stolen or lost mail that shows delivered, needs to be reported to post office so they can attempt to locate your package. Check your mailbox or with your front desk if you live in an apartment or condo if you don't see it delivered outside your from door. If package is not located, you need to report it to your credit card company or paypal so they can open a chargeback for you. We deal with them directly now due to the large increase on false consumer claims. We will gladly reship a new package with signature confirmation if requested***

WE OFFER INTERNATIONAL  SHIPPING. RATES VARY BY COUNTRY.

Orders shipped internationally will see a 7-15 days delivery period and sometimes longer due to customs clearance. Please refer to your countries customs procedure for delayed packages. We are not liable for any custom fees you may acquire. 

 

Returns and Exchanges

Not satisfied with your items? We have a no questions asked policy. Simply send them on back. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order in new condition. You are responsible for return costs. All shipping is non refundable.

Refunds/Cancellations

Please note that refunds take 2-3 business days to process back once we receive returned items or cancel an order. You will get cancellation email. If you paid using PayPal, then it is normally instant once cancellation or refund notification is sent to you.
