PLEASE NOTE THAT IT TAKES US ABOUT 24-48 HOURS TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER. WE CURRENTLY DO NOT OFFER ANY NEXT DAY OR EXPEDITED SHIPPING SERVICES AT THIS TIME.

 

All orders shipped within the United States will take 4-10 days to be delivered. We currently do not offer expedited shipping. Tracking number will be emailed to you upon processing your order and when it is available. Be aware that some items may ship from different shipping locations due to stock and warehouse availability. You may receive one or more tracking numbers with your order as our vendor network has locations around the US.

***Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen mail. Make sure you provide the correct address. This includes any apartment or building number. All stolen or lost mail that shows delivered, needs to be reported to post office and/or reported to your credit card company or paypal. We are not responsible or at fault.***

WE OFFER INTERNATIONAL  SHIPPING. RATES VARY BY COUNTRY.

Orders shipped internationally will see a 7-15 days delivery period and sometimes longer due to customs clearance. Please refer to your countries customs procedure for delayed packages. We are not liable for any custom fees you may acquire. 

 

Returns and Exchanges

We offer return and exchanges within 8 days of receiving your order. We offer return labels if wrong product is received. Please note that if you ordered the wrong sizes, color, or made a mistake with your order then you are responsible for return shipping both ways.

Refunds

All approved refunds will come with a 15% processing fee. We will gladly offer you full store credit.
